5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Tracking updates may take a few business days to appear after the package has been dispatched.

In some cases, tracking information may not update immediately due to carrier processing times, customs procedures, or local postal service delays.

6. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

8. Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us at support@ligedesign.com so we can help you check the shipment status.

Please note that delays caused by customs, local carriers, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, holidays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control do not qualify for automatic refunds.

9. Lost Packages

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, Lige Design will review the case and may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the shipment status and available carrier information.

We may require reasonable time to investigate the issue with the carrier or logistics provider before a final resolution is provided.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your order due to failed delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, the order may be returned, delayed, or discarded by the carrier.

In these cases, Lige Design may not be able to offer a refund or replacement.

11. Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately depending on availability, warehouse location, or logistics requirements.

If items are shipped separately, you may receive more than one tracking number.
