Return and Refund Policy
At Lige Design, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return and Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, and order issues are handled for customers worldwide.
1. Order Processing and Delivery
Orders are usually processed and shipped within up to 5 business days after payment confirmation.
The estimated delivery time is between 5 and 25 business days, depending on the destination country, customs procedures, local carriers, and other factors outside our control.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs inspections, holidays, weather conditions, logistics delays, or local postal service issues.
2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be returned with its original packaging, accessories, manuals, tags, and any items included in the original order.
Items that show signs of use, damage, alteration, missing parts, or improper handling may not be eligible for a refund.
3. How to Request a Return

Please include your order number, full name, email address used at checkout, reason for the return, and clear photos or videos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Our average response time is up to 3 business days.
Returns must not be sent back without prior approval from our support team. Items returned without authorization may not be accepted or refunded.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable, except when required by applicable law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning an item. Lige Design is not responsible for returned packages that are lost, delayed, damaged, or not delivered to the return address.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@ligedesign.com as soon as possible.
To help us review your case, please provide clear photos or videos of the product, packaging, shipping label, and the issue reported.
After reviewing the case, we may offer a replacement, refund, partial refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
6. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow additional time for your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor to complete the refund.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and country.
7. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in certain situations, including but not limited to items returned with missing parts, damaged packaging, minor signs of use, or issues that do not prevent the item from being used.
8. Exchanges
Exchanges may be offered when an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or when an exchange is approved by our support team.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or an alternative solution.
9. Order Cancellations

We can only cancel orders before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process described in this policy.
10. Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us so we can assist you in checking the shipment status.
Lige Design is not responsible for delays caused by customs, local postal services, incorrect addresses, failed delivery attempts, or circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the shipment status and available carrier information.
11. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect the package, we may not be able to offer a refund.
12. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
Because Lige Design sells internationally, orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other local charges depending on the destination country.
These charges are determined by local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
13. Non-Returnable Items
